Branch Mangers

Vacancies for Branch Managers exist in Outstation branches to be opened shortly.

Requirements:

– Should possess a minimum of 3-4 years experience in a Bank at managerial level.
– Excellent leadership capabilities towards achieving set targets together with strong skills in marketing products is essential.
– Comprehensive knowledge in Credit management and banking operations is required
– High level of communication, excellent people management and innovation skills are definite pre-requisites.
– Preference will be given to candidates with a good command of the Tamil language (especially for Branches in Northern and Eastern region)

Assistant Branch Managers

This position is responsible for branch operations and implementing new initiatives to improve branch performance.

Requirements:

– Candidates should have experience in banking operations together with a flair for marketing and credit management.
– Minimum 3 – 4 years of experience in the banking sector is essential.
– Should be an excellence communicator with the ability to interact with clients and staff in an effective manner.
– Professional qualifications relevant to banking will be a definite advantage

Officers

The bank requires the services of experienced Officers whose primary responsibility is to assist the Branch Manager in handling operational and credit functions of the branch.

Requirements:

– Candidates should possess at least 3 – 4 years direct experience in all customer service functions and processing of transactions.
– Ability to handle total cash and cheque clearing operations in a bank is required
– Professional qualifications relevant to banking will be a definite advantage.
