Assistant Manager – IT
Job Description:
Minimum Requirements:-
– Thorough knowledge in Windows Server 2008 and active directory, Routers/ Switches, Networking, Firewall and Virus guards
– Knowledge of basic Accounting a company
– Knowledge and experience in Administering MYOB system
– Knowledge in ASP.net with C# (preferable) or VB.NET
– Minimum 3+ years of experience
– Minimum 2+ years of experience in above position
– Aged below 30
Responsibilities:
– Responding to user requirements and provide user training as and when required on MYOB System.
– Resolving inquiries, problems, complaints, or emergencies affecting availability or quality of services.
– Responding to sensitive, technical, or complex inquiries or service complaints.
– Providing technical advice to Information Technology staff and other departments on systems, software, hardware, and data communication.
– Assisting in the management and development of all IT services for the Company
– Following up application development and management
– Suggesting and implementing improvements in internal processes along with possible solutions
– Keeping a good communication level with other departments and coordinating any necessary action with the managers, networks and clients
– Proposing new methods to enhance the staff performance and skills and supporting the IT Manager in formalizing the department’s training plan to improve the staff skills
– Analyzing the information needs of the Company and developing technological solutions to satisfy those needs
Kev competencies:
– Extensive knowledge in MYOB Accounting software.
– PHP/ MySQL, CMS (Drupa|/ WordPress), Web desiging/ development, SEO will be an added advantage.
– Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, Dream viewer, Flash, Corel draw
– and Web Technologies such as JavaScript, JQuery, XML, HTML5, CSS3, Ajax would be added advantages
– Knowledge in CCTV would be a definite plus.
– Office package (Excel, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)
– VB6/ VBA
– Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
