Android and Web Developer (Executive Grade)
Key Job Responsibilities:-
To develop mobile device solutions in supporting the key areas of Savings, Collections and Investments in the Company and;
• Design, develop, maintain websites and build advanced applications for the Android platform
• Deliver across the entire app life cycle -concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support
• Gather requirements around functionality, translate those requirements into elegant functional solutions of the web servers
• Examine and analyze site traffic
• Troubleshoots website operation, track site usage statistics and monitor performance
• Updates site content and structure in coordination with Marketing and other key departments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs and improve application performance.
• Analyzing features at lower level and helping resolve any integration issues that may come along.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
• Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in the mobile technologies
Experience / Qualifications:-
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject (Optional)
• Very good knowledge in HTML, PHP, Java script SQL, My SQL, Photoshop, Coreldraw, Illustrator, FTP
• Proven software development experience
• Proven working experience in Android development
• Have published at least one original Android app
• Experience with Android SDK
• Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
