Warehouse Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders. Process and distribute documentation.
• Able to execute the sales orders in ERP environment
• Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stock takes and audit of same to verify results.
• Work closely with others department to ensure smooth flow of operations.
• To ensure that regular & periodic inventory checks are carried out to maintain the inventory

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Supply Chain Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute.
• Minimum 04 years of working experience, preferably in the same field
• Knowledge in ERP systems is compulsory to be used to regulate all areas of stock control
• Proficient Microsoft Package
• Ability to communicate in Sinhala and English
