Important Duties & Regulations :
1/ All vendors must maintain a clear chain of communication and on time communication as per the vendor Information form contact details , if any changes should inform us via filling up a new vendor information form immediately & send back to us asap & failure to do so will be noted in red in our vendor information records & will be noted negative for up coming projects.
2/ The under taken projects need to be completed , on or before the given dead line periods.(TAT:Turn Around Time) , Failure for completion will be undergone a penalty procedure (Explained below).
3/ Clarifications regarding to processing the project/s need to be communicated to us on the sample stage or within three (3) hours of live project submitted via email .
4/ As per steps to clarify The vendor should submit their clarifications via email or should submit a fixed time to attend for a video conference with the client for an detailed clarification , and as per no:1 regulation applies along with this procedure .
5/ The vendors will be charged for a 5000/= Rs refundable project fee, to obtain the project membership to start work and failure for submitting work files on time / misconduct or mis-communication during live projects will seized the project fees as non-refundable & can be intended to cancel the project membership on permanent basis.
6/ Rework should be provided within 24hours. If it is urgent case with reasonable pre notified reason/s an additional 2-3 hours can be granted .
