The Job
Lead a team of Software Support Engineers and Business Consultants to Deliver, Support and Maintain Enterprise Software Solutions to Global Clientele. Will act as an escalation point and ensure timely resolution of Support Requests adhering to SLA. Ensure the team is working in optimum level with highest motivation to provide the best of class services to the clients.
The Requirements
– A minimum of 3 Year practical experience, preferably providing training and support services to overses Clients
– Proven Experience in managing leading client Services & Support team A minimum of 5 Years practical experience in a Software Development environment on Microsoft Platforms, SQL Database and Development Tools
– University degree in the field of Software engineering or any IT related degree is a must
– Sound knowledge of MS SQL Server, SQL scripting and Database structures is a must
– Sound knowledge of Web Development (C#, ASP. Net MVC, Web Services, WCF, Json, XML etc.) will be an added advantage will be an added advantage
– Excellent communication (English) skills and customer relationship management
