Showroom Assistant
Position:
Customers love to visit the showroom where they can browse through a large collection of vivid designs. Moreover they can use the CraftACase iPad application to create what they love. Showroom Assistant must see to the client requirement in helping them to get the ultimate Experience of Craftacase.
The ideal candidate must be a male between 18 — 23 years of age having obtained good results in GCE oft and AA examination, and possess a good command of Sinhala and English languages fluency in Tamil is an added advantage.

We focus on offering our customers a wonderful experience with that expectation we have opened a wide range of communication channels to ensure to be one of the best service providers.
Duties:
• Manage daily client communication
• Follow up on client orders and inquiries accurately, within the established deadlines.
• Greet customers within the showroom premises
• Recording customers details
• Live updating on the worksheet
• Ability to cross sell between the products
Required knowledge and skills:
• Ability to work effectively as a member of the team
• Ability to multi task and manage priorities effectively
• General comfort level with Internet
• Ability to cross sell between the products
• Innovative with sound marketing knowledge
• School leavers encouraged to apply
Working Conditions:
9 Monday to Friday 9.30 am to 7.00 pm te. Saturdays and Sundays 9.30 am to 7.00 pm on Shift basis
The selected candidates will be enrolled on Fixed Term Contract basis of one year (to be renewed annually) Including compulsory probationary period of six months.
Attractive remuneration is paid .Overtime payments and fringe benefits are also added.
