Sales Coordinator/Counsellor:
• Screen call inquiries, arrange appointments and referrals
• Responsible to council clients regarding career decisions and migration possibilities
• Support CEO with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
• Should be age between 23— 35 years
• Outgoing and pleasant personality with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work long hours and under pressure
Documentation officer
• Advise clients on immigration rules and regulation
• Responsible to liaise with senior legal team
• Support senior Immigration consultants on visa documentation and coordinate with the clients
• Documentation processing
• Candidates with legal background or trainee lawyers are encouraged to apply
• Ability to work long hours and under pressure
