We are a well established company with the largest and ever growing portfolio of apartments at Crescat City. The company is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual with an outgoing personality to handle the Sales and Customer Service Roles.
Sales and Marketing Executive
Personal Qualities & Educational Qualifications:-
• Sales and Marketing qualification
• Good interpersonal skills
• Bubbly and outgoing personality
• Spoken and written English is absolutely essential, spoken Sinhala, Tamil & foreign languages is an added advantage.
• Computer skills including Social Media — Facebook/ Twitter / Flikr etc
• Can work independently with little supervision
• Flexible working hours, inquiries can come at various times and we should be able to respond quickly
• Can do attitude with a burning desire to succeed
Duties:-
• Handle sales calls from Travel Agents, Direct contacts and Agents
• Answer rate sheet inquiries
• Call Company’s and keep in touch with existing clients and explore new opportunities
• Send quotations for inquiries
• Handle the availability on Online Travel Agency’s example Agoda.com and booking.com
• Maintain a Social Media presence
• Send Welcome packs when we get bookings
• Customer Service / Feedback from Clients
• Maintaining a database of clients
• Keeping abreast of competition and scoping out new business opportunities
• Come up with innovative ways / marketing campaigns to promote the website
• Correspond via email & phone with clients
• Upload pictures to Facebook and Social Media networks and maintain those sites
• Maintain website and travel blogs
