We are an ISO 9001:2000 and CMMI level 3 quality certified leading software house specializing in Banking, Finance, Securities & ERP software solutions.
Our sister companies are involved in foreign and local educational activities.
We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Quality Assurance Lead for a newly set up outsourcing operation to develop web based software applications for the US and EU markets.
The ideal candidate must be able to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment and must have a positive can do attitude.
Required Skills:
– 6+years of working experience including 2+years experience as QA Lead
– Experience in working with Agile-Scrum methodology, have a good understanding of QA processes in an agile environment
– Strong experience in testing web based applications
– Experience in functional testing
– Experience in performance testing
– Knowledge of automated testing tools such as Selenium
– Excellent analytical skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
– Exposure to working with overseas clients is an advantage
Responsibilities:
– Lead the QA team in developing test strategies
– Established and continuously improve QA Processes and QA infrastructure to increase overall product quality and team productivity
– Establish, track and report QA metrics
