Operations Managers – Commercial Security
We are a member of the worldwide SECURITAS group, the world’s knowledge leader in commercial security, with a diplomatic / VlP clients portfolio. We are looking for extremely dynamic, highly active, fast moving individuals for placement as Operations Managers. The main task will be to coordinate and overlook the Operations function which includes control of Sector Managers and supervisory staff on the ground.
The right candidate will have the following attributes:
– Be between 28-45 years of age
– Possess extensive experience in the security industry
– Preferably have a service background with a rank of Major or below
– Possess the required level of time commitment to run a 24 hour operation
– Possess excellent man management skills and good command and control
– Good physical bearing
– A fair knowledge of English
– Fair PR skills for client servicing
– Honest and Disciplined
– Loyalty to the top management
– Versatile
– Effectiveness on ground
– Able to work under the high stress and pressure of a commercial security environment
– Career oriented outlook – having an intention of building a long career with the company
