Marketing Manager
We are a part of the Victoria Group of companies, pioneering Sri Lanka’s automotive component manufacturing, trading and exporting industry for over 60 years.
We are on the lookout for a dynamic individual to head the marketing team in the automotive parts division of our company. If you are energetic & self-motivated, willing to take on the responsibilities that go with the job, we invite you to be a part of our organization.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Hold a SLIM/CIM or similar qualification
• Should be familiar with the vital and challenging role in the automotive industry (i.e. systems to streamline dealer collections/sales etc.)
• Experience in establishing a systematic distribution system in line with working capital (inventory) management.
• Establishing systems to collect/analyze/act on market information and competitor strategy.
• Ability to manage and lead teams that are dispersed in the A field. Know how to successfully introduce a new product into a A Monopoly/Oligopoly market. Experience in building Brands from the ground up/ Brand Loyalty
• High level of managerial skills with integrity/ethics
• Be fluent in English and Sinhala
• Experience/Knowledge of the automotive/spare parts industry will be an added advantage.
