While we are headquarter in Brisbane Australia, our major operating office is based in Colombo Sri Lanka.

We are currently seeking a Manager – Software Support Services in our Colombo office to lead our dedicated software support and client services team to support our hundreds of clients throughout global markets with multi-lingual requirements.

Your Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the CEO, you have hands on role to ensure that our clients are well supported and your team rises to the challenge of effective and efficient support services.

This is not a back office role, you will have significant role in representing the company directly with clients at a very senior international level.

Your key duties will be:

• Manage and coordinate our Help Desk
• Be the escalation point for Help Desk
• Coordinate new client installations and training
• Coordinate existing client training sessions
• Prepare training course content and materials
• Prepare software documentation (eg release notes and manuals)
• Release new versions and upgrades of software to clients
• Undertaking the above activities in a timely and efficient manner
• Undertaking the above activities in a courteous and helpful manner

In addition to the above key duties, your role is a hands on role, so in addition to managing your team you will also need to “lead by doing”.

Your Skills & Experience

You will possess:

• Experience performing and managing Help Desk Support Services in relation to software products and dealing with users of all knowledge levels
• Experience performing and managing a team for software installation and initial end user training
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with people from all over the world
• A passionate infectious ‘can do’ attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• A high level of computer literacy including MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Experience as a Trainer, ideally in software
• The willingness to travel on an ‘as needed’ basis

Although not essential, you may come from a background in Hospitality, Information Communications Technology or Maintenance.

Please note that this is a client facing role, therefore excellent communication and personal presentation skills are required.
