Eligibility
To be successful you will need to possess:
Over 5 years of experience in Banking/ NBFI
Work experience in the selected region and a resident (respected background)
Excellent verbal & written communication in English and Sinhala
A Bachelor’s degree / Professional Qualification
Respected background and a well-known personality from the area
Previous experience in handling deposit products in a bank or NBFI would be definite advantage.
