Human Resources Development Manager
We are a BOI company situated just out of Colombo municipality limits and engaged in manufacturing and printing of polythene bags for the export market. Being the largest polythene manufacturer in Sri Lanka having a workforce of 600 employees, we are supplying our products to US. European and Asian markets.
We are looking for a professionally qualified and hard working individual with a demonstrated track record with minimum of 5 years experience in developing HR and business strategies to lead our HR division taking care of the followings:
■ Planning human resources based on company’s short term and long term strategies and development plans.
■ Recruiting qualified and experienced individuals to realize the above strategies and plans.
■ Developing HR policies and supporting the management in implementation of them.
■ Mentoring and coaching of employees to realize their potential.
■ Educating employees and promoting awareness on regulatory compliance’s.
■ Negotiating with workforce whilst maintaining good relations and industrial peace at all times.
■ Promoting occupational health and safety.
■ Undertaking wage and fringe benefit surveys in relevant labour markets and advising the board.
■ Providing guidance and assistance on implementation of initiatives such as ISO procedures and 5S concepts.
Terms & Conditions:
– Preferred age group: 40-45 years
– Remuneration Package: Negotiable, based on the qualifications and experience.
