Human Resource Executives
• A Diploma in Human Resource Management (IPM / NIBM / HRMI)
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resource functions as an Executive / Officer level
• Hands on experience in recruitment, maintaining P/Files, managing employee life cycle, wages and salaries, EPF – ETF procedures, grievance handling, attendance & disciplinary procedures, employee motivation, HRIS & Time & Attendance Systems
• A good knowledge in computer literacy (office packages)
• A sound knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws & regulations
• Fluency in English language
• Age between 25-35 years
• Residency – Reside or Boarded around 20km from Colombo
The successful candidate would be offered with a competitive remuneration package based on qualification and working experience.
