HR & Administration Officer for a Prestigious Group (Sri Lanka)

Group of companies located in the Ratnapura district is looking for a HR & Administration Officer to manage the Human Resources and Administration functions. Requirement Certificate Level completed in HR and pursuing the Diploma in HRM at a recognized institution (i.e. IPM or NIBM)
The ideal candidate should possess at least one year experience as an HR Officer in a mercantile establishment with hands on experience in handling Appointment letters, maintaining personal files, administering the check-roll and salaries/wages related information and handling other Administration related work to support the Account and Admin Manager.
The ideal candidate should be a matured MALE in the Age group between 35 and 45.
Key Skills required:
– Be able to independently handle the HR and Admin related work with minimum supervision.
– He should be able to liaise with ISO Auditors on annual ISO audits and other statistics.
– He should possess reasonable knowledge on fleet management and vehicle repairs.
– Must be able to liaise with the Government Departments, especially labour department.
– He should posses good knowledge and skills in EXCEL and Word.
– Must possess the skills to manage the company payroll independently and confidentially.
– He should be able to communicate in English language and able to draft letters and emails. Salary: Negotiable
