Group Quality Assurance Manager – Woven
Our Client a front line player in the Apparel Manufacturing and Exporting Industry, having 12 factories in Sri Lanka and 2 Plants overseas with a workforce of approximately 12,000 in the Group is looking for committed person for the position of Group QA Manager to strengthen their Top Level Senior Positions.
Qualifications and Experience required:
• To maintain the strengths in the Quality Assurance Department, the ideal candidate should possess sound education with a qualification from a recognised institution.
• Should be backed by over 08 years experience in a managerial position in a state of the art manufacturing environment or in a buying office.
• He must also possess a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of Quality Assurance in the manufacture of Woven Tops and Bottoms for men and ladies.
He should be able to travel extensively to outstation plants as and when required.
He should make sure that customer/buyer requirements are maintained and that Quality Assurance of garments manufactured are in line with the quality expected of orders placed by the customers from USA and Europe.
The successful candidates will be rewarded with a competitive remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience with other fringe benefits.
