We are looking for a results-driven Finance Manager for our client companySalary – Up to LKR 600,000/- (gross)
Requirements
Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Sri Lanka/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting, including proven experience in leading and managing a finance team. Prior experience in a diversified group of companies would be preferred.
Experience within a diversified corporate group or large organization will be a distinct advantage.
Young, dynamic professional below 35 years of age.
Ability to work closely with the CFO and senior management, and to provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making.
Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, treasury management, and financial analysis.
Sound knowledge of Sri Lankan accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance.
Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
