Factory Manager – Woven Blouses
Our Client a front line player in the Apparel Manufacturing and Exporting Industzy, having 12 factories in Sri Lanka and 2 Plants overseas with a workforce of approximately 12,000 in the Group is looking for committed persons for the position of Factory Manager to strengthen their Top Level Senior Positions.
Qualifications and Experience required:
• Bsc / NDT or equivalent qualifications in textile manufacturing from a reputed institution
• Working experience in apparel manufacturing over period of 15 years in the industry from cut to pack.
• Should posses at least 5 years’ experience as senior manager in a manufacturing environment.
• Awareness on social responsibilities is a must.
• Knowledge in General management will be a distinct advantage.
• Strong communication skills and firm team leadership
He should also possess an excellent capacity to assess the cut ship cost and be able to maintain minimum costs.
A good knowledge of Compliance requirements and ability to work within the requirements are a must and the selected candidate will be required to be within all such requirements, from work hours to health & safety.
Should be able to meet delivery dates and maintain the required Quality standards of our Customers.
