Credit Control Executives

Major Job Responsibility:

• Achieving set goals and targets relating to collection of customer dues.
• Monitoring the debtors age reports
• Implementing and following up the credit control policy
• Recovery actions for non settled clients
• Preparation of Management Reports
• Handling Customers and visiting Corporate Clients when necessary
• Maintaining debtors days

Qualifications / Skills & Other Requirements:

• Degree in Finance. Commerce, IT, Law or any other related discipline
• Part Qualification in CIMA or Chartered will be useful though not essential.
• G.C.E. O/L with a credit pass Mathematics and English
• Should be familiar with Microsoft office and word
• Able to communicate well in all Sinhala & English. A good knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage.
• Should possess a knowledge in IT or Accounts or Handling recoveries
• An outgoing personality. Preference will be given to candidate who have done sports activities.

Accounts Executives

Major Job Responsibility:

• Maintain work orders as per the inventory issues
• Maintain Inventory / Fixed Asset module of the system
• Ensuring adequate controls are in place to safeguard Inventory and maintain proper records and reconciliations thereof
• Preparation of Fixed Assets schedules and Depreciation details
• Preparation of monthly Journal entries relating to Fixed Assets / Inventory
• Maintain 3rd party equipment schedules and prepare related accounting entries
• Liaise with engineering and warehouse for proper maintenance of details and accounting thereof
• Periodic Inventory/ Asset verification of the company including site visits

Qualifications / Skills & Other Requirements:

• Part qualification in Chartered accountancy or CIMA or equivalent / A Degree in accountancy field would be an additional qualification
• G.C.E. 0/L with a credit pass Mathematics and English
• Should be familiar with Microsoft office packages
• Knowledge of Oracle Financials would be and added advantage
• Must be a self starter and would be able to work for long hours as per work requirements

Experience Requirement:

• Minimum two years experience in a similar capacity
