The candidate we have in mind should be below 40 years of age and have had previous experience and exposure in star class hotels both locally and overseas, preferably combined with professional qualifications from a recognized Catering Training Institution
He should be enthusiastic, creative, well versed and have had hands-on experience in cooking Chinese cuisines with previous experience in a similar position.
The remuneration package will be above industry average with all additional benefits.
