The Candidate
Ideal candidate must have following skills, experience & qualifications
– Master of Business Administration,
– B.Sc Engineering (Hons), Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication,
– Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert-Qualification
– Successfully establishing strategies and executing it necessary to encourage continued growth in ICT industry.
– Minimum 12 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Product and Solution Sales, Consulting and partner management.
– Strong Understanding of Business Dynamics in Telco Industry,
– Understanding of cultural and political aspects of South East Asia Markets and experience in Industry Giants in Asia.
– Ability to reach CIOs and CTOs of Telcos in South East Asia
– With a proven track record, Channel and Alliance Partner Management
– A good coordinator, collaborator and communicator
– Strong and Passionate Leadership to Grow and Transform Business
– Strategic Thinking, Planning & Execution, Articulating Value Prop and Solution Selling to customers
– Understanding Dynamics of Emerging Markets, SEA and Middle East
– Deep understanding of completive players in Customer Care Contact Center, Cloud computing in Telco Space
– Pricing Strategies & Profit Optimization, CXO Level Engagement, Client Relationship Management
– Working Experience Industry leaders
