Chefs — An attractive career opportunity exists for male chefs with a minimum of 5 years work experience in a star class hotel/s in the same capacity. Ideal candidate should be below 45 years of age.
Commis – vacancies exist for duly skilled and experienced commis. Candidates should be below 35 years of age and be creative and innovative. A minimum work experience of 3 years in a star class hotel/s will be a definite.
Stewards/Stewardesses – young male/female candidates below the age of 30 years. A minimum GCE ordinary level qualification in addition to a good command of spoken English will be advantageous. Candidates who have followed a recognized training program in food and beverage will also be given preference. We need a full colour photograph taken recently.
