1 to 2 years experience in Call Centre or a relevant supervisory role
Should be highly fluent in English

Job Role:
Supervising and directing call center agents
Ensuring a smooth process at all times
Making calls and fixing appointments with foreign clients
Personal Attributes and skills:
Should possess goof leadership skills.
Strong communication skills is a must.
Loud and clear voice would be an advantage.
