We are the company with the vision to be the preferred partner in providing integrated business solutions through innovation and quality.

We immediately require a dynamic and energetic Business Development Manager (BDM) to promote and sell Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions to local companies. The BDM works to improve the above company’s vision to be the best Dynamics ERP solutions provider in Sri Lanka. The BDM defines long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities. He/She would enhance the market position and achieve financial growth for the company. BDM would Immediately focus on Microsoft Dynamics products, later would expand into other business applications.

Job Description:

• To work with Directors of the company to set out sales targets and to agree upon the strategic business plans in order to achieve the sales targets.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and workshops that will lead to an increase in sales.
• Identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
• To meet potential clients by maintaining, and leveraging your network of decision makers within the client organization and build relationships.
• Convert prospects into sales by persuasive approaches and by pitching appropriate Dynamics products and services that fit with in clients budget.
• Prepare sales proposal, product literatures and send to customer. Continuously follow up on the Sales proposal and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
• Submit progress reports on sales, activities and follow ups and discuss with Directors..

Candidate Profile:

• A bachelor’s degree in Business administration/marketing/IT or could be a fully / partly qualified in SLIM / CIM.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in selling IT solutions and services. The experience in promoting business software applications, preferably ERP products, would be an added qualification.
• He / She should be a dynamic and pleasing personality with good communication and presentation skills.
• Candidate should be well-suited for working both field and office environment.
