Assistant Manager -Telemarketing (Sri Lanka)

Job Responsibilities:
• Drive the Telemarketing Team to achieve the business targets.
• Monitor performance against establish. KPIs and take corrective actions.
• Develop and implement strategies to manage Key Client Relationship
• Support the team in the execution of the service delivery
• Troubleshoot and help the team for timely issue/query resolution monitor data integrity of systems.
• Supervise and develop team through teaming and development, coaching, goal setting, periodic review and feedbacks.
Ideal Candidate:
• Around 5 years hands on experience in outbound call center
• Experience as an Assistant Manager or Team Lead would be a definite advantage
• Drive for results and success.
• Strong People Management Skills
• Excellent in Communication and interpersonal Skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualifications in Marketing would be an added advantage.
