Showroom Manager Post (Two Positions)
Job Profile:
A Team leader who will Manage a Team of Individuals assigned to drive showroom business goals in terms of Indoor sales, Institutional sales and outdoor sales, building customer care, looking for new business ventures, maintain displays and merchandising as per the set standards, inventory controls, general showroom administration, managing cash controls, and willing to work extra hours when required during peak seasons and at exhibitions/ promotional events
Personal Profile :
• Age 25-40
• G.C.E. & A/L qualifications
• Any Part Qualification/Diploma in Marketing/GM
• Computer Literacy (MS Office) is a must.
• Language Proficiency in Sinhala and English (Knowing Tamil would be an added advantage)
• Good Personality with leadership skills.
• Minimum 02 -03 years showroom sales experience in ceramic, bathroom sets & tiles
The incumbent should be a dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to associate people at all levels.
