We are looking for Showroom Manager for a leading Textile wholesale company in Colombo 11.
Business: Wholesaler of Readymade garments.
Job Title: Showroom Manager
Reporting to: Director/CEO
Roles & Responsibilities:
– Greeting and liaising with walk—in customers, helping them to place their orders and Coordinating with back—end team.
– Taking care of all Showroom activities as per standards and Stock related activities
– Handling all floor activities while engaged in Business Development Functions
– Deal with returns and refunds and handle customer complaints analyze space allocation category
– Stocks to increase profitability of the showroom Enhance customer relationship through the existing programmes
– Establishing relationships and communicating effectively with colleagues, Customers and suppliers
– Maintains a basic knowledge of the products and services in order to answer basic sales and service enquiries from the customer and interaction with all the level of business when needed.
* Experience: Should have at least 5-10 years experience in similar capacity
* Age: 30-45
* Business hours: from 830 am to 7 pm from Monday to Saturday.
* Salary: Starting 35000 — 40000 /= will be increased in 6 months depending on performance.
