Job Profile:
The Senior/ Systems Engineer is responsible for contributing to the strategic direction of CAMMS by ensuring the effective management of the company network and provides infrastructure and helpdesk advice and services to staff and external clients.
Contribute to the efficient and timely delivery of the CAMMS suite of products whilst maintaining high quality infrastructure standards.
Selection Criteria:
– Degree / Diploma in Computer Science/IT or equivalent
– 2 – 3 years of experience in the relevant capacity
– Knowledge in windows server 2003, 2008 and active directory
– Good knowledge in Desktop management and windows group policy
– Certified for Microsoft server platform ( minimum MCITP or MCSE)
– Maintenance and Administration of Cisco routers
– Good knowledge in TCP/IP, VLAN, WAN, VPN and network security
– Knowledge in Microsoft SQL Administration will be added advantage
– Basic understanding of VOIP
– Hands on with HP DL and Dell Power Edge servers
– Knowledge in electronics will be added advantage
– Excellent communication skills
– Excellent customer service skills
– Willing to work in rosters
