We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Executive for our client company.
Responsibilities
Present and demonstrate our range of products, preparing and following up on quotations and closing sales.
Maintain a deep understanding of our product offering and stay informed about industry trends and competitor products.
Provide exceptional service throughout the sales process, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Gather and relay customer feedback and market insights to the management team for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years and above experience in a sales role, preferably in construction products / materials industry.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service
Good verbal and written communication skills in Sinhala/Tamil & a reasonable knowledge in English
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
Possess a valid driving/ riding license.
Possessing qualifications in technical/marketing fields will be an added advantage
