A newly formed Company is gearing to process all types of visa applications for_visitors to Sri Lanka and is in
the process of filling vacancies within the Company.
If you are self-motivated, disciplined and with a customer focused attitude, you are the person that can fill the following position:
Receptionist
If you are passionate about Customer Service, a great opportunity awaits you!
You will be responsible to provide support and coordination in the Immigration Customer Service center, while managing and attending to customer requirements via phone and for walk-in customers.
The ideal candidate should be a SMART young individual with an outgoing personality, personable, with good communication skills in English, Sinhala and Tamil language will be an advantage.
Qualification and Experience:
– Excellent phone etiquette
– Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala or Tamil Languages (or all three languages). Please mention your language proficiency on the CV.
– Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
– Sound Educational background
– Knowledge in the MS office suite
– Previous experience in a similar capacity will be definite plus
– Age below 30 years preferred
