Quality Supervisor
Job Profile:
• Monitoring and controlling all quality system related to total production
• Maintain documentations of quality system related to production and standards
• Establish priorities and ensure maximum usage of assigned resources
• Involve in team driven actions to help improvements.
• Develop and maintain QA programs complementary to enterprise quality system, corporate objectives and policies.
• Supervise and review corrective solutions and prevent action claims.
• Interpret quality control system to people within organization.
Job Requirement:
• Experience above 2-3 years in handling similar subject mentioned in the Job Profile in any sector is applicable in applying.
• GCE A/L in Science/Maths/Commerce with 3 passes
• SLSI quality Diploma or Certificate Level will be an added advantage.
• Living near to Mattakuliya is appreciated and willing to work under shift basis
• Good communication and analyzing skill is applicable.
• Age above 20 years is able to apply.
• Adequate on the job training will be provided to the selected candidates.
Applicant Profile:
The Candidate must possess high level of responsibility and Talent. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work under challenging conditions are required.
Remuneration:
A remuneration package on par with industry standards will be offered to the selected candidate with fringe benefits and commissions.
