Job Profile:

The Project Manager will be responsible for contributing to the strategic direction of CAMMS by ensuring the CAMMS suite of products is delivered on time, budget and scope and actively manage project risks.

They have total responsibility of the quality of all applications.

The Project Manager will:

– Project Management of internal product development
– Provide high level technical and commercial input into product development (including specific projects, systems and processes)
– Provide technical support and advice on the project management of the Global Service Delivery Centre (GSDC)
– Facilitate product workshops and training linked to software implementation and integration as required
– Develop software requirements documentation and specifications
– Effectively plan IT projects (both internal and external) by defining work breakdown and resources required for successful delivery
– Manage and successfully deliver IT projects on time, budget and scope

Selection Criteria:

Minimum of three years’ experience in the IT industry as a Project Manager:

– Strong organization and problem solving skills that include the ability to respond to changing business priorities as well as devise and implement strategies to achieve objectives
– Extremely capable communicator; able to understand business requirements and ability to work with stakeholders who are from different backgrounds and cultures
– Experience in managing client expectations directly liaising with them
– Extensive Project Management experience in the IT industry and exposure to CMMi standards.
– Hands on experience on Software Development Lifecycle and Quality Assurance practices
– Must be self-motivated and have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple Tasks/projects at one time and communicate status and resolution effectively and in a timely manner
– Proven ability to lead a medium sized development team in a demanding, fast-paced environment
– Strong teamwork and ability to empower and motivate staff to deliver high quality results within timeframes
– Must be customer focused, demonstrate high initiative, and be able to work extended hours when necessary.
