Our client is a reputed software development company located in Colombo looking for suitable candidates for following positions:
Project Manager
Skills Required:
• Ability to multitask a. ability to work under pressure
• Exceptional communication skill
• Ability to handle contingencies
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge in all Project Management activities
• Ability to develop train and handle a team.
Qualifications:
• Degree in a relevant field from a reputed University
• PMP certification is an added advantage
Experience:
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Project Manager in IT sector.
• Experience in Initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling of projects
• Experience in escalation and coordination for the project management issues from local and offshore groups
Business Analyst
Skills Required:
• Very good communication skills to understand and interpret customer needs
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to develop business requirement specifications and change request specifications
• Strong Analytical and conceptual skills
• Ability to interact with diverse groups across different cultures & time zones.
Qualifications:
• Degree in Management Information Systems /Business Information Technology /Software Engineering or related field
Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a similar role.
