As a part of expansion of the business in specific areas, we are on the lookout for a suitable candidate for below mentioned positions.
Project Manager
As the members of the Management should be increased for the expansion in cultivation of oil palm and coconuts, the above position is created to be responsible for project handling for the expansion of plantation and milling operations.
Ideal Candidate-Requirements:
• The selected-candidate should have an agriculture related diploma or degree
• Diploma related to project management
• Five (05) to six (06) years’ experience in similar field
• Experience in cultivation and to follow up on new projects
• Candidate should be capable of creating project proposals and presenting and communicating them to the top management
Assistant Superintendent
As the company has decided to expand the cultivation of oil palm and coconuts, the Assistant Superintendent should be responsible for cultivation, operations and expansion projects.
Ideal candidate requirements:
• Agricultural background diploma or degree
• Four (04) years’ experience in the field of plantation
• Labour Management and experience of Coconut and oil palm cultivation
Position directly reports to the project manager/ plantation manager
Field Officer
For the expansion project of oil palm and coconut cultivation, he should be responsible for the expansion duties which are guided by the project manager.
Ideal candidate requirements:
• Diploma in agriculture related field
• Minimum three (03) years experience in similar capacity in nurseries and cultivation fields
