Personal Banking Advisor
We are looking for candidates to join our “feet-on-street” sales force. The job role is a target—driven sales role, and employment would be on a three—year direct contract with Standard Chartered Bank.
Key roles and responsibilities:
– Acquisition of new customers on a daily basis
– Achievement of pre-defined sales targets
– Enhancement of the Credit Card and Personal Loans portfolio of Consumer Banking
Eligibility criteria:
You must:
– Be enthusiastic, with a flair for sales
– Be fluent in English; and able to communicate well in Sinhala or Tamil
– Possess excellent inter-personal skills
– Possess outstanding persuasion skills
– Prior experience in a sales role at a Financial Institution would be an added advantage but not mandatory.
