Performance Engineer (Sri Lanka)

We are looking for a talented performance Engineer who will join our Quality Assurance organization and help build the web application performance discipline from ground up.
Your responsibilities include setting up and executing the performance testing process, methodology, and the tools to meet application performance requirements for our own projects as well as our client projects.
Responsibilities
• Setup performance testing process, tools, and methodology that aligns with industry
standards
• Perform load tests to validate system performance and stability. Analyze tests results
and work with Developers and Engineers to perform bug fixes
• Provide technical assistance to improve system performance, capacity, reliability and scalability
Requirements
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in performance engineering
• Knowledge of Performance testing and Performance engineering concepts
• Experience implementing and using open source tools such as JMeter
• Experience in scripting, test execution and analyzing results
• Hands on experience in Performance monitoring tools(AWS Cloud watch is a big plus).
• Experience in analyzing the bottlenecks in application and application tuning
• Experience preparing test plans
• Should have good testing and analytical skills with excellent communication
• Exposure to profiling tools is an added plus
