Passenger Relationship Officers Associate and Executive level
We seek energetic individuals looking to work in a challenging, dynamic organization. They would be required to communicate with the company’s clientele and passengers to ensure timely and accurate booking of orders and promoting deals to prospective passengers. Depending on experience levels, the candidate may also be responsible for coaching junior staff to meet the company’s service standards.
Ideal candidates should have the following qualifications and skills:
– A minimum 1 year’s call center or telemarketing experience
– Excellent command of English (both spoken and written) and communicate fluently in Sinhalese or Tamil
– Attention to customer service
– Able to listen actively and identify passenger needs and build rapport with passengers over the phone
– Candidates having travel trade experience will have an advantage
– Have a pleasant personality, self motivated and work with enthusiasm and dedication
– Able to multi task and work under pressure
– Computer literate and have excellent web navigation skills
– Minimum G.C.E (O/L) qualifications
