Operations Manager Design Consultancy

Duties and Responsibilities:

– Being responsible for the entire Design Consultancy Department
– Managing and Monitoring Design project with the support of your subordinates
– Maintaining healthy relationships with existing clients.
– Conducting regular meetings and meeting client satisfaction goals of the company
– Making sure designs are done as per the requirements of the client.
– Ensuring that the department follows the systems (Preprogrammed Operational Procedures]
– Managing the team as well as coordinating with other team managers to complete we projects and accomplish targets.
– Setting and achieving monthly quality, time and financial targets.

Project Administrator Skills and Specifications:

– Being a well-organized manager at your current job.
– Possesses good leadership skills.
– Possesses good analytical skills.
– Excellent command in English (Speech, reading, writing and listening)
– Possesses excellent inter personal skills.
– Possesses excellent communication skills in both English and Sinhala.

Education and Qualification:

– Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
– Master’s Degree in Business administration, Marketing or in related field will be advantageous.

Work Experience:

– Minimum 10 years’ experience in a demanding management role.
– Age bellow 40 years.
– Work experience in a similar capacity role is an advantage, but not compulsory.
