Manager (Human Resources) – Jolanka Manufacturing (Pvt) Ltd
One of our factories, at Baddegama is looking for a suitable candidate who may wish to start a challenging career in Human Resources Management. The ideal person will be responsible for managing the factory’s day to day HR requirements mainly in to recruitment, retention, welfare and training.
Key Requirement:
– A degree or a higher diploma in Human Resource Management.
– Three years to five years experience in a similar capacity specially in garment industry.
– High Level expertise in use of MS Office packages and HR systems.
– Good command of English (oral & written both).
– Strong Leadership qualities.
– Good analytical thinking skills.
– Working with less supervision.
– Trust worthy & self-disciplined.
– Willing to take the challenge.
– Preferably living in or around Baddegama / Galle area.
Responsibilities:
– He / She will be responsible for recruitment and necessary carder fulfillment of the factory.
– Responsible for employee retention, training & day today various HR functions at the HR department.
