Manager / Assistant Manager – Fixed Income Sales
• 03- 05 years’ of work experience preferably in the financial services sector with a thorough understanding of capital markets. The candidate will be fully responsible for sourcing clients for the products offered by the company and advising them on investment strategies.
• Intellect and vision combined with strong influence management and leadership skills. A thorough understanding of derivatives on investment portfolios specifically on fixed income portfolio management.
• Ability to drive and sustain rigorous sales strategies and achieve targets as per the business plan.
• Should be fully / part qualified in CIM/SLIM
• Should possess excellent presentation/communication skills and the ability to work in a highly collaborative work environment. Prior experience in a similar capacity with a proven track record will be considered as an added advantage. The ability to multi-task and a team player mindset is a must.
Executive – Fixed Income Sales
• 01 -02 years’ of work experience preferably in the financial services sector.
• Ability to network, develop and firmly establish various channels necessary to reach the target market segments and establish contacts.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work on progressive initiatives and strategies for business development.
• Strong inter-personal and communication skills, self- motivated, resourceful and with a high level of initiative.
• The ability to demonstrate time management skills, multi task and a team player mindset.
