Job Description:
– Drafting of new agreements
– Leave & License, Vendor & other agreements, Registration of Agreements
– Drafting Letters, memos, notices etc.
– Reply to the notices received from Authorities, advocates, vendors etc.
– Handling and monitoring court cases filed by and against the Company.
– Filing of new cases, Appeals and writ petitions in Appellate courts in the interest of organization.
– Coordinating with advocates on various legal issues.
– Trade Marks & Copyrights Certification, Application & Follow ups whenever required.
– Meetings with clients pertaining to legal issues whenever required.
Experience : 3 – 5 years
