– Graduate or Post Graduate with LLB / LLM with min 5 years of experience at corporate level
– Liasoning work with Government, Semi Government authorities for Revenue & Property Matters.
– Assisting various departments with regard to Legal cases.
– Excellent negotiation skills on Legal aspects.
– Experience in preparing Caviate, rit petition and stay application in the court.
– Able to prepare partnership deed, conveyance deed and all type of legal documents.
Experience : 5 – 10 years
