We are looking for qualified and experienced IT Support Staff to Strengthen our IT and Hardware Support Team
Hardware Technician
– Males below 28 years of age
– Thorough with computer hardware troubleshooting, repair and servicing
– Ability to carry out repairs and customer sites if required
– Ability to repair Notebooks, Printers and UPS are a distinctive advantage.
– Minimum of 1 year experience Hardware Troubleshooting and Repairs
– Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hardware and Networking from a recognized institute.
Customer Support Executive
– Males below 28 years of age
– Good knowledge software and hardware troubleshooting and repairs
– Good knowledge in Domain Controllers, Email Configuration and Network Management, Print Server Configuration etc…
– Understanding on data backup, data recovery, firewall, VPN will put you ahead of others.
– Knowledge in Open Source will be a distinctive advantage
– Suitable qualified in related areas is a must
Preference will be given to candidates with ridig licnese for both the above positions Trainees too may apply.
