Job Description:
Key Responsibilities.
♦ Coordinate with Parent flank support team and,or external vendors and,or service providers for application support and hardware support as required
♦ Deploy and maintain local servers – Operating system and hardware support
♦ Deploy and maintain now Lark equipment -Switch. Fir., all and routers etc
♦ Manage new computer setup and other IT requirements for new staff
♦ IT Purchasing Establish, review, process quotes, and raise purchase order as per DTP guidelines ♦ Responsible for maintenance and control of IT Hardware invent, and application licenses.
♦ Interact with IT service providers at operational level for any connectivity troubleshooting support required.
♦ Perform and monitor daily backups and offsite tape storage
♦ Maintain anal troubleshoot phone system, voice recording system in accordance with policies and processes
♦ Perform other duties and special projects as assigned from time to time
Profile
♦ Degree’diploma an 11 or Computer Science
♦ First level support knowledge in windows operating system. file and proxy servers tape drives and printers
♦ Knowledge of banking products and services
♦ Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
♦ Excellent interpersonal skills
♦ Ability to provide prompt and courteous service to both internal/external customers
