Responsibilities:
To function as HR officer, in our Factory & Office complex, located in Katubedda Moratuwa, with 110 permanent Carder and provide all HR related assistance to Employees.To assure Employee interestes and entitlements according to prevailing Labour Laws and regulations.To Serve as a link between the Management and Employees, assuring Employee Goodwill and well being.
Requirements
– Minimum 5 year work experience in a similar capacity in an establishment(s) with over 50 Employees.
– Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Sinhala with knowledge in HR related Software handling.
– Self motivated & ability to perform with minimum supervision Computer literacy and proficiency.
– Age group – up to 50 years. Retired persons will also be considered.
