Job Requirement:
– Should be a Male candidates
– Minimum of 03 -05 years’ experience in handling Time Attendance in HR department.
– Should willing to work in Site Base
– Ability to coordinate, Plan and execute all time attendance matters
– Ability to work closely with labors
– Experience in grievances handling will be an added advantage
– Ability to work with HR Software system
– Excellent interpersonal and good communication skills (both written & oral) in Sinhala & English are essential
– Experience in reputed Organization/Manufacturing Organization will be an added advantage
– Salary-45,000/- 55,000/- (Negotiable)

Qualification:
