HR Manager (Sri Lanka)

Due to the rapid growth and expansion of our Sri Lanka branch office, this newly created position shall report functionally directly to the HQ – HR Manager in Singapore & administratively to the Management of Sri Lanka branch office.
You shall lead, supervise and guide the local HR team members to provide efficient and value-added HR core functions in Sri Lanka in support of the local business/operational needs in accordance to HQ Management directives.
You Main Responsibilities shall include, but not limited to the following:
1. Formulate, implement & ensure all employees & workers in Sri Lanka adhere to in-country HR handbook HR policies & systems which are in compliance to the local labour law & in consultation with the HQ Group HR Manager to bring alignment with the corporate HR guidelines and regulations.
2. New Hire Orientation & Induction
3. Resigned Staff Exit Clearance & Final Settlement
4. Payroll (end-to-end cycle)
5. Employees Benefits management
6. Attendance & Leave Management
7. Recruitment (end-to-end cycle) & Retention
8. Employees related Insurances
9. Expatriate Management
10. Training & Development
11. Performance Management
12. Formulate in-country Job Grade, Job Description and Salary Structure
13. Update of Sri Lanka Organisation Chart
14. Submit timely HQ documentations & reports as & when required
15. Office Administration (directly reporting to the local management)
16. And any other HR related functions
17. Additional duties as and when as assigned to you from local management or HQ HR.
Requirements:
1. Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
2. Min. 5years of relevant working experience preferably in Construction Industry
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Well versed with labour law of Sri Lanka
5. Preferably those available immediately or within short notice.
