Head of Operations
Strong demonstrable leadership skills including strategic planning, innovation, management of people, financial management and budgetary control. The role would be to manage the overall company operations by establishing and implementing objectives, strategies / action plans, budgets and resource allocations and maintaining close stakeholder relationships.
Reporting direct to Chef Executive Officer.
Duties and responsibilities will include the following:
• The development of the Company’s strategy.
• Lead and oversee the implementation of the Company’s long and short term plans in accordance with its strategy.
• Ensure that expenditure of the Company is within the authorised annual budget and targets are achieved.
• Ensure that the Company has appropriate systems and procedures in place to enable it to conduct its activities lawfully.
• Generates new business, review and give approval of new projects.
• Drive profitability of the business.
• Keep abreast of all undertakings and activities of the Company and all external factors affecting the Company to ensure that processes and systems are effective.
Requirements:
• A degree from a recognized university preferably in Business Administration / Finance / Marketing
• 10 years management experience in a senior capacity.
